Just checked on IE 8 and 9, sorry for delay but I'm using Linux machines.
Yes there is a problem with Quick Reply + Manage Attachments.
Problem noted.
Please use Add an Image, like this (IE 8 + Add an Image)

This is exactly what I do after the problem started, I mean using Advanced + Manage attachments to upload images too.

I'm having a problem with Firefox. The pages aren't showing up right. It's fine with Opera. I'm having this problem only today as it was all fine yesterday. Plus sometimes when I click on some link (in edaboard), the page doesn't load and requires me to reload. This happens only with Firefox and only on Edaboard. So, maybe you could look into that.
