Hi!
I am working on the design of Photodiode Transimpedance Amplifier. Can anyone tell me how can i test the bandwidth of Photodiode Transimpedance Amplifier without having any spectrum or network analyzer?

You can try inserting unit step function (small Vptp, lets say 100mV) to the positive input and measure rise time at the output. BW~0.33/tr . This will give you fear approximation. (Assuming you have an opamp configuration with trans-impedance resistor between out and negative input)
