Start with the application (there are many) and then what
matters most to it (density, switching speed, linearity,
matching, etc.).

A digital guy's answer will be different than a RF guy's or
an an analog guy's or a power supply guy's. This is why
you have a plethora of foundries and flows, not just one.
 

I mean how to "do" to make mosfet better (for example: W/l ratio lower or ........)
 

Guess you could expect an answer if you'd tell us what you want to be "better". There are a lot of properties which usually must be traded off.
 
I want to let you tell me what do u think that can let mosfet be better ? I dont have answer。
