Help me in charge pump efficiency improvement (light load regulated chage pump)

I need to improve the effiency of a charge pump converting 3.3 V to 18V.
This is a regulated charge pump. The load current is 10uA. Now iam able to get only 30% efficiency. We are using voltage doublers in design. The oscillator is only consuming 50uA at 50MHz..
