5.1 Audio Master Volume Circuit

Hello All
I purchased a 5.1 channel home theater system 2 years before. It is got damaged by lightening last month, the Volume control portion (with remote support) is completely burned.. the damaged parts are not available for buy ...
As the amplifier portion is perfect I connected the audio input directly, and I can operate it with full volume ...
So I need a master volume control circuit for the same, with master and individual volume controls to replace the burned parts ...
if anybody have the circuit please reply ...
