Hello!
I have RF transceiver, it has TX_DATA 12 bit and IQ_SELECT, i need to generate I Q components in FPGA. I know little about modulation, but after reading some tutorials, i conclude that I Q are the information signals, and they could have any value. Am i right? So could I create two sin in fpga with different amplitude and frequency, send them to I and Q inputs of transceiver and via loopback get them on the I Q outputs respectively?
Thank you!
