can i produce 9v from an 9v dc motor ,when i use it as an alternator?

No, an alternator produces AC (alternating current) Alternator - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. A DC motor may be used as a generator but to produce 9V, you would have to spin it at the same speed it spins when driven from 9V input as a motor.
