hi everyone. I am designing a half bridge inverter that uses igbts. i need help on how to drive the igbts so as to obtain a sine wave at its output. the input voltage is 400vdc.

Re: 3000w power inverter

How far has you became in your design?

thanks for the assistance. i have the pulse width modulation circuit, but coupling it to the gate driver has been quite a challange. the problem with where i am is finding the right materials to guide you thru the entire design process. I also can't find meaningfull resourses on how to make the entire design.

Hi. The easiest way to make an interface between logic circuits and IGBT is to use an "Gate driver IC", like IR2103 or similar.
