I have a part that I know quite a bit about but just can't locate the manufacturer/datasheet so I can replace it. It is a 5-pin Op-Amp or Comparator, rail-to-rail, SOT-23 package or similar.

+V is 5V
-V is GND

A couple of chips are marked BCUU and another is BCWV so I figure BC is the base and the other two are date codes but I just can't locate this thing. It should not be an obsolete part.

Thanks for the help!

Maybe you can find a OpAMP with same Power supply pin, and replace it, to check what happen.

Sure, but I'm not too worried about that, want to see a datasheet for the current part...

Did a better measurement on the chip, it's an SOT-363 package.

Hello,
the components could be :

Marking "BCU":
- [Seiko] S-814A30AMC
- [Torex] XC6115C326MR

Marking "BCW"
- [AME] AME8510AEEVBFE23
- [Seiko] S-814A32AMC

The last letter is often a date code.

Hope this help you,
Best Regards,
Wil15

It could also be this component :

Microchip TC1272ASVNBTR

the datasheet indicates a marking code like BC** with ** for Lot number and Year of manufacturing :

Best Regards,

I was so excited to see this reply but it's none of those. I know the chip is an OpAmp/Comparator but none of the above are that.
