Hi All,
Please tell me what will be the frequency of SPI devices and I2C devices?
And what will be the max. & min. frequency for the same.

I2C common speeds are 100KHz and 400KHz.
For SPI, you need to look at the data sheet of the device.
I have seen SPI devices that clock at 10MHz.

SPI can be anything up to the limit of particular IC capability. Typical max is 10 to 30 MHz.

My controller is running on frequency of 40MHz. Than what will be the speed of SPI? Is there any formula to calculate the frequency of SPI?
