I'm not sure what you are asking but if it is the schematic symbol of this plug use Plug, Phono from the link below

The center pin is the signal and the ring is the ground.

what i want to know

which pin is the ground ??
 

check the internal pin or surface inside the connector is shorted to which pin.. thats is signal and the external metallic surface shorted to the pin is ground
 

It is visible from the picture, the outer big metal barrel is the ground and is connected to the front pin,
the pin in the center of the plug is the signal and is connected to the rear side pin.
