Hi I Have two signal both of cosine form with different angular
frequency w1 and w2 which is measure for a finite time T. How can I
separate this two signals I know w1 and w2 that they are operating on
already. My approach was to use a Sinc function becomes a rect in the
frquency domain and making it with span w1 to -w1 But I am not sure
kind of confused. I did anyone could explain using mathematical terms
how his can be done or if there is a better way. I don't mind
pointers to resources.

Sorry, but I suggest you to look in some book about digital communications and see the chapter about FSK receivers. If you know the phase you need a coherent FSK receiver, otherwise it will be an incoherent one.
Regards

Z
