2.4 GHz modulator

I need modulate carrier 2.4GHz by signal bandwidth 7MHz, transmit-receive and demodulate. What type of modulation should I use. I want to get simple and low cost device.
If you have any suggestions, scheme I will be grateful.

Thx, Blekot

modulator

For 2.4g,it is common to use doublebalanced mixer(gilbert ). TDA6131xs is one of the solution.

use two double balanced mixer to construct a new IQ mixer and you will get the solution

IQ modulator

Try Analog Devices or Maxim products
