vlsi courses in california usa

I have completed masters(Mtech) in VLSI from india recently and right now in USA .so what may be options to apply a job here as a fresher.?

i am interested in doing the 3-4 month courses in particular area of vlsi also that help me in getting the internship and all so pls suggest me the name of universities in basically CA those offer such courses.
