Dear all:

I am designing a circuit which can deliver 10A.
But the large current should be difficult to test during CP stage.

Is there any good way to make the current testability?

Thank you.

1) Try connect a small resistor and measure voltage drop on the resistor.
or
2) Generate a small current that is proportional to the large current. Measure the small current and calculate it.

Test the on-resistance at a lower voltage and current, and
correlate that to current sourced in-application. You might
want some Kelvin taps for that.
