The front page, left hand side bar with 'New Replies' now also duplicates threads with no replies. This started yesterday. It would be useful if it could be fixed.

Also the "go advanced" reply formular has many missing links for special character images since then.
 

Good, respectively better. The special characters have now correctly linked symbols, but they apparently aren't displayed, when inserted in a post.
 

Yes special characters need to be in tag called [tex
 

Right, I didn't notice it. In the old board interface, there had been an explicite menu to start a TEX block and the TEX symbols only showed, when you had been using it. Now the TEX symbols showed by default (at least with my settings), but no button to insert a TEX tag.

It's clear now, thank you.
