Help with Selector Circuit

I would pay someone (PayPal) to design a simple circuit that has 10 momentary pushbuttons and 9 LED lights. When PB 1 is pressed LED 1 lights up. When PB 2 is pressed, LED 2 lights up. If you press PB 1 again, LED 1 goes out....and so on. Very simple selector.

The Reset button would turn off any LEDs that are on.

Please suggest which IC's I would need to do this the most efficiently as well as the circuit design? Please see the attached picture.

Let me know what you would charge. I would also consider buying the finished product if someone would be willing to build and ship the circuit. Figure a reasonable price that makes it worth your time. Thanks!

That sounds like an easy job for the PICAXE-28 ..
