If I have a motor and uses a DSP card, amplify to control it.
The software can be set paramaters (position, velocity, acceleration, P, I , D...etc.)
I can record its motor realtime position value that was readed by the encoder.
Is it possible that I can calculate its Transfer function in terms of the position curve versus time?

A transfer function can be defined between in- and output quantities of a control process or a controller. E.g. for a close loop position control, you can specify a transfer function between position setpoint and actual position (process value). Besides static transfer functions, you can also determine frequency domain transfer function. Position versus time could be recorded in response to setpoint step, ramp or other defines waveform.
