ok..when u use pot-lin.it have 3 pin..first is for +5V..second is signal to PIC analog pin..third is -ve..
 
i couldn't use pot-lin
How can i generate C-T signal represents the flow from it?
 

Is buffer needed in the circuit?
 

nope. the max 232 will also act as buffer
 

i still have a problem of how to sample the signal
