how to fix hold violations

hi

i got over 32 hold violations after postrouting..how to fix hold violations? can anyone five suggestions regard this.

If there are only 32 violations. Just interactive ECO. Adding delay cell (buffer) on the branch that has hold violation.
If too much, let the tools to do 'IPO -hold'.
 
can you add margin during the postrouting (si or not) fix hold time step?
