Tuning range calculation of VCO in percentage?

Hi,

Can somebody explain how to calculate tuning range of VCO in percentage....

But if a VCO is tuned from 2.25GHz to 2.63 with oscillation freq of 2.37GHz...
Variation in capacitance of MOS varactor from 0.32 to 0.97 then what will be the percentage tuning range........

+11% / -5%

(upper-typical)/typical = (2.63 - 2.37)/2.37 =  0.1097 ≈ +11%
(lower-typical)/typical = (2.25 - 2.37)/2.37 = -0.0506 ≈ - 5%

may i know how u got tuning from 2.25Ghz to 2.63
and variation in capacitance
i mean how to cal capacitance vs voltage using Tanner spice
