Dear Fellows , I want to rotate a servo to the accuracy of 1 degree . can you plz express the relationship mathematically

Rotation as a function of Pulse width.

Rotation in degree's (PWM) = ?

or how much pulse (in frequence or time) is required to rotate a servo shaft to 1 degree.

are these remain constant for all kind of servo's or change by make ?

It changes by manufacturer. A pulse width of 1.5ms is considered center position or 90 degrees. A typical range of the pulse width is .5ms to 2.5ms corresponding to a range of 0 to 180 degrees. Your mileage may vary. Based on this ideal servo, each degree would require a change in pulse width of .01111ms or (1.5ms - .5ms)/(90°-0°)
