is -5dBm (power) is lessthan or greater than the -10dBm power ??

i am just confused......
 

-5dBm > -10dBm

There is no negative power.
 

is -3db < -10db ??? then it should be -3dbm < -10 dbm????
 

dBm = log10 (mW)*10
mW =10^(dBm/10)

-10dBm is 0.1mW
-5dBm is 0.3162mW
Now you decide which is less
