this is sam
i am an electrical engineering student
i am new to solar panels
i want to make my own solar panel,and obviously the charging circuit + voltage regulator.....

any body who can tell me the best place to look for the information

i meant any one who has got the stuff related to solar,
i just want to orient my self....
to get initial kick start...
i have been googling, but a help from an experienced person would be booster....
 

You can use cheap garden solar cells, remove their solar cells. They give 60mA 2V each. With this in serie you can charge several AA or AAA in serie.
