trouble installing Visual studio 2010

Hi guys, pls I'm finding it difficult to install my visual studio 2010. When I click instal, it displays a message in dos prompt 'too big to fit into memory' and stops instalation. But I have 1Gb ram and 11GB free space in my hard disk.
Thanks for your help.

Pls I need to install this software.
 

The error could be the installation file was corrupted during the download. Check this
