What is the best load cell interface sigma delta ADC IC from TI?

I want to connect loadcell to micro with sigma delta adc.

i think you can start with ADS1110. It has differential input ( very useful in your case), internal reference , 16bit resolution and internal gain amplifier of 1,2,4 and8X. interface is the usual i2C. The best part is it is very cheap ;) . the only problem would be the small package making it difficult to solder for a prototype. equivalent microchip part is mcp3421.
package is SOT23-5.

I found ads1230 for loadcell in ti

looks perfect to me.
just take care about the reference voltage given to it due to the low amplitude and high resolution of the ADC ( provided you are using the whole 20 bit span).
good luck.
