Which is the BEST PIC emulator software for windows?

HI, I am searching for the best PIC emulator for windows.
I want to emulate led dot matrix displays(8*8 ) ,(10*8 ) etc on it. I think for such stimulation i need an emulator which emulates the PIC in real time.
Could any one suggest such a free emulator?
 

It depends on what language you are using. I assume you want to emulate in order to check or debug your program so the language it is written in will determine the best way to trace it.
The fastest assembly emulator is MPLAB, for 'C', the fastest I've seen is WIZ-C PIC C Compilers and development ki... which on my PC can emulate real-time up to a PIC clock speed of about 20MHz.
