about the simulation of a multilayer inductor

hello:
I simulate a multilayer inductor.But the result is wrong.Can you tell me the reason? Then model in attchment.

which simulation are you performing (circuital or EM)? and which type of simulator are you using?
 

hfss,but i do not know why the results is different from the measurment greatly
