Is there any way to convert an assembly to C (if possible then HTC)

That wouldn't be feasible, as there is an infinite number of different C combinations that would result in a particular ASM code sequence.

To put it simple, you're asking to convert the number "5" into a formula. It could be 3+2, it could be 4+1, it could be 10/2, it could be 2^2 + 1 .... you know what I mean?
