It's invinsible for you. The intention is for others to click :) I wondered that too last time
 

If anyone who finds your post as "usefull" and he/she clicks on the "thumb" you'll get points and your Helped me ranking level changes. But once it is done by anyone, the "Thumb" will be no more available on that particular post for that particular member. Mean one member can only press the "helped me" only once. In some forum categories, this option of "helpful posts" is not given.

this is recent change and i was not aware and i was inactive for pretty long time.. but i am back. now..
but technologies have changed a lot
