I have a nonlinear model of D2294UK, how to import it to AWR. The file is D2294UK.spu.
I tried many times but without success.
PLS HELP ME. THANKS.

you can draw the model manually if you have no way to input the file.

thanks, tony. but i do not understand the file .It will be better to import the file to AWR or ADS.

Hello,

is this Nonlinear device model is spice model?
then you can in AWR MWO as netlist Project->Add netlist->Import netlist->Import file as PSPICE or HSPICE...

thanks manju,it's the pspice model. i will do in the way you telled me..

If so, First save this as D2294UK.spu as *. cir note not as *.txt extension
Then to import to Microwave Office go Project->Add netlist->Import netlist->Import file as PSPICE netlist files as (*.CIR))
If no error/warnings then create new circuit schematic & select Add Subcircuit to call the model...
