Has somebody experience with layout of photodiode?
My task is to make array of photodiodes connected in parallel to 4 groups on a single die of about 3000x3000um size.
It is intended to work on single wavelength of 632.8nm The speed and sensitivity is not very important.
Another requirement is - it should be made to fit some standard process to be possible to order in very small q-ties at shared wafer (or one single wafer) services.

Someone could help me with this?

Check with your preferred fab. Xfab, for example, have photodiode structures fully characterised for quite a few of their CMOS processes.

Keith.
