Help in this 7 Segment Clock (including .DSN file in Proteus,.HEX,original schematic)

Please i need your help all ,,,
i tried to build 7 segment Clock,, and i found some errors in reading displays (as u'll see in 7Segment Clock2.DSN file ) ,,, i attached the HEX file too and the original Schematic of the project ... and i am using PIC16F877A Microcontroller as you see in Schematic .
anyone here from Experts can tell me what's wrong in my design file ??
oh i forgot to tell you i am a beginner in this field ...

Do one thing. You are using PROTEUS for simulation rite? Do refer to the examples given in .DSN files for PIC16F877A & there you can find the same digital clock which you are trying to make.Do refer the code .asm in the corresponding project folder.This may help you.

I am attaching the .DSN file & .hex file along with. Do refer it.The .lst file is a supporting file to the .hex file.This may help you.

but it has many component ,, do u have simple one with seconds 7 segments ??
or can you tell me what's wrong with .DSN design that i attached ??

i mean simple circuit ( the components less than u gave me ) hours.minutes,seconds without am/pm alarm ,,, simple 1 with 6 7segments only ,,
or check attachment files to figure out where's problem in the circuit ... please ...

Let me ask you one question. Aren't there 6 pins to the ICSP of PIC?
