Hello
I am new here and my question is, how to select a varistor for the following application.
I have an X-ray collimator which is supplied with 24 VAC and inside a 24V 150Watt bulb which is turn on by a Triac in serie with a varistor.
When the bulb is turn on the current inrush is dampened by the varistor who now support a current of 6 amps.
Which part should i buy to replace that blown -out varistor
