I would like to simulate spiral inductor with different materials using ADS (other software is also welcome)

typically the conductor is perfect conductor. So how can I change the conductor property? Particularly I want to change the permeability of the conductor.
Shall I add one more layer and define the material property myself? How to correlate it with the metal layer?

The default Alumina layer is used as a dielectric layer/substrate layer, right?

Thanks!
