Hi all,
I saw some equations for slope compensation of current mode buck/boost. All are related to Vout, L, ... But they are different from each others.
So could anyone tell me the excact equation for it.

Another question is that what happens if we design the slope more than what it wants?

Thank you

For a buck in steady state, the output driver transfer function is given by
Vout=Vin*D (Steady state duty cycle)
=Vin*(Verr-Vref)/Vp-p
This gives the transconductance gain as Vin/Vp-p.
The whole idea of slope compensation is to keep this transconductance constant, ie it's a means to improve supply rejection of the output modulater.

Thank checkmate
But you still haven't gave me the slope compensation equation yet.
The equation from some books that I get is that the slope compensation needs to be higher than down slope/2 (m2/2=Vo/2/L)
Another I got from some papers is different from the above equation but it is also propotional to Vo/2/L
