You should think of implementing a quick quote system online where customers can get an idea of the final cost they can expect as to size, holes, no SMT parts, board type, finish, quantity etc. I use a few companies with this implemented on their websites. I often get invitations of other PCB manufacturers and if they don't have such a system where I can compare costs quickly I won't even bother. Below is an example of one company I use regularly. The ease of use is why I go back. They also have such tool for assembly work. With this company I will know the final cost including delivery before uploading any files. I have removed the name of the company as not to hijack your thread.

But,our factory is lean to mass produce that the quote system online is hard to exact to tell customer price,so the pcb file need assessment by engineer.

Exactly. Very good point. I use those online instant quotation to compare for the boards I buy. Especially, I only need to buy less than 50 pieces each order. So, those online workshops can save me a lot of time.
