hi~

I am a new one here and have a problem about calibre PEX,

when I design an opamp, use a rc compensation, the r value is 20k

with segment number 4, check the phase margin is OK, when the

layout was finished and run the LVS, the schematic and layout is matched.

then run the PEX and generate CALIBREVIEW to check the post simulation.

but when I check phase margin again the Opamp is no more stable. then I find

the schematic's compensation resistor is 20K with segments number 4, but in

the CALIBREVIEW the compensation resistor become 20K x 4. the resistor

value is four times larger than original one.

Do someone have the same problem with me and know how to solve it ?

I have the same problem.
It seems that calibre extract the 4 segment as 4 resistor.
and filled the 4 resistor's component parameter same to schematic

a) what's your technology?
b) could you post the part of calibre deck which includes calculation of your resistor:
something like:
DEVICE R(rppohri) hri400 poly poly netlist model rppolyhri [
property w,l,conRes,endRes,r_body,R
w = perimeter_coincide(resp_hri400,poly)/2
A = area(resp_hri400)
l = A/w
]
TRACE PROPERTY R(rppohri) R R 0.2

I think it might be related to the property settings - but you can do the same thing on multiple places...
