I am using TSMC 0.18 process to do a design, for each device there are three models: nch, nch_mac, nch_mis.
1. what are the exact differences among them?
2. if I run mismatch simulation using nch_mis transistor in schematic, then I want to run a TT corner simulation, do I need to replace nch_mis transistor with nch transistor? it would be a mess.

Any documents to show the difference and how to use them for different simulations such as Monte Carleo, Mismatch and Corner simulations? Thank.
