pmos to nmos ratio in 32nm tech

Does anyone knows what is the ratio of pmos to nmos to be kept for getting equal rise time and fall time

Well i tried and i am getting my nmos more wider than pmos to get equal rise and fall time.
If someone can try and let me know, i ll really be thankful

What is your load? Normally PMOS would need to be wider to get the same drive current but if you are trying to match speed then the load becomes important. It sounds like you are having to make NMOS wider to slow it down by its own capacitance as you have no load capacitance.

Hi,
If you have a model file you can easily get the mobility un and up of the NMOS and the PMOS. So the ratio is un/up=Wp/Wn. Normaly this is between 2 and 2.5.
