hello,

please you can tell me how to make my 15W offline flyback conform to all of the the "EN" regulatory standards

eg EN6100-3-2 etc etc etc.

it runs on 230VAC
output is 30V.
 

I think it depends on the coformance of your product which use this smps. There are different safety and EMC standards for different catalogy product.
