"it" means "a current source".

You yourself describe like following.

What do you mean by "Pac" ?

I can't understand a meaning of it even from "cadence pac run for vco" at all.

There are many simulators which have analysis called as PAC.
Always describe vendor's name and tool's name which you use as tool or simulator.

If you mean PSS/PAC of Cadence Spectre, erikl's reply very makes sense.
Also I can't understand why you refer "noise source" in PAC analysis.
Do you understand PSS/PAC analysis correctly ?

Corresponding analysis of Pnoise is PXF analysis not PAC analysis.
