LTspice model for Power mosfet IRL510 / SiHL510s

Hello everybody,


I'm looking for the IRL510 LT spice model (also known under the name of SiHL510s).

And also for the DEIC 515 driver spice model.


If anyone has ever used one of these component for a simulation with LT spice,

please can you let me know where their spice model can be found ?

I'm deeply desesperated ...

I couldn't find the IRL510 on the net, but I have one:
