Hi,

is there a possibility in cadence (v.5.1) to extract the small signal caps between two nodes in the DC operating point?

Thanks,

do DC analysis, then choose print (from ADE window) DC parameters which will including capacitance of all the components connect to that node?

Added after 9 minutes:

or if you are running AC analysis, you can calculate acoording to V/I=a+jb, in which Im(V/I)=b=1/(sC).
By using calculator, current flowing into this node over the voltage of the net, then choose the imaginary part of the result, over 2*pi*frequency. frequency is the x vaule (xval).
you can get a plot of capacitance versus frequency.
