VCO Phase noise simulation in ADS vs Spectre

Has anyone here tried to simulate the phase noise of a VCO (4 GHz LC cross coupled in my case, fyi) in both ADS and Spectre, and come to a conclusion as to which models Phase Noise that is closest to measurement?
