High Linearity Amplifier - mainatain the high P1dB or OIP3

Would like to start the thread of high linearity amplifier here. Actually this is not intended for power amplifier but more towards a buffer amp or intermediate frequency amplifer after the mixer. The amplifier need to mainatain the high P1dB or OIP3 of the mixer.

Any good suggestion for a +22dBm OP1dB with +11dB gain ?

I need a differential circuit topology.

it seems the IIP3 need less than 11dBm and the input power should less than 0dBm.
