Hi all
Can anyone help me?
I'm trying to logically separate plan from strategy. I need to show that a strategy evolves and hence is a mutating system.

What is the best way, (mathematical) to show that strategy is a history and context based time variant system?
Please help me...

If you please tell me what I need to provide, it will be greatly helpful for me.
but I need some ideas from where I can start.
I'll take an example
If the problem is to build a house,
Plan: We build a plan (the plan and elevation according to the land plot)
Strategy: Check nearest suppliers of materials, do a cost analysis, get transport, Optimize plan (iterative) and Build the house.
My question is "How to link the two mathematically?"
