Adding jitter to input data pattern in Spectre

Hi all,
I have some input data pattern and i want to add jitter in such a way that the edges will be having the jitter amout what i applied. I want to do this in "Spectre"

Please give suggestions

What kind of data pattern do you use?
Maybe you can use phase modulator to add jitter
