Can someone explain why the ratio of junction area of the output devices to the biasing diodes come into play? why its important?

thanks a lot

Since the diode is in parallel with the base emitter, they have the same voltage across them. Higher cross sectional area for a given voltage produces higher current.

why does Quiescent current= n*Ibias?
n is the ratio of the diode size to the transistor size
