sheets?

I am curious to know whether there are such open source or cmmercial tools which can build netlists out of Excel tables?

Assume I have a exce/ccsv/delimited table of all the interconnections of my Verilog/VHDL modules, and the tool will build a top level module.

What are the tools you know?

We at CVC (www.cvcblr.com) have built similar tools for our customers using IP-XACT. We sold them so can't redistribute it, but can build it on demand.

In poor man's terms though - one can use Emacs with auto features to some extent.
